Good to know before you begin
Do I need to own the parking space?
You must own it or have clear legal authority from the owner to rent it. Communal or public parking cannot be listed without permission.
Will drivers see my home address publicly?
No. Search results show an approximate location. The exact entrance and private access instructions are provided only for a confirmed booking.
Can I block dates?
Yes. Your host dashboard lets you add unavailable periods when you need the space yourself.
How should I choose a price?
Consider location, nearby alternatives, vehicle size, security, cover and seasonal demand. You remain responsible for the price you set.
Do I need to be present?
Not necessarily. Clear self-service access instructions can allow a confirmed driver to arrive independently.
What about tax and local rules?
Requirements can vary. Hosts are responsible for checking Croatian tax, property, planning and local rules applicable to their circumstances.
